Juventus 2-0 Bologna

Bolognese 0-0 Juventus is the first time a non-league side has beaten a Serie A side in over a decade.

Bologna (2-2-3) had won five league games in a row against the top teams in Serie A when Juventus won 4-1 at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Bianconeri were then beaten 4-0 by Inter Milan at the San Siro.

In a game that was a little quieter in the final third, the visitors got their reward for the effort they put in in the first half.

It was the best goal of the match by Antonio Candreva, who has netted seven times in eight games this season.

He made two superb saves.

With Bolognese defence having been so good in recent weeks, they looked very comfortable.

They started brightly and the game was never out of control.

The home side’s best chance came from a long ball, but Mario Pasalic’s pass to Gianluigi Buffon was tipped over by Alessandro Matri the goalkeeper.

The game ended in a draw, as Bolognas captain Paulo Dybala was sent off.

Juventus won the first leg 1-0 at the Juventus Stadium.
